In October 2022, Austrian fashion brand Alpha Tauri celebrated the grand opening of its first store outside Austria, located in the heart of London. As the appointed project and production lead for the agency NOWADAYS, my primary responsibility was to develop a comprehensive set design that seamlessly integrated additional elements into the store’s existing concept. This required a deep understanding of the brand’s visual identity and high standards for design and execution. The project extended beyond the visual elements, focusing heavily on the meticulous planning of construction schedules and the creation of detailed technical drawings. These plans ensured the highest quality in design and execution, aligning with Alpha Tauri’s premium image. Coordinating multiple teams and trades was crucial to managing the tight deadlines and logistical complexities of the project.
