HPI SUMMER FESTIVAL 2025

In July 2022, the Hasso-Plattner-Institute in Potsdam hosted a vibrant summer festival organized by the agency P3. Designed for students, faculty, and staff, the event provided a lively and engaging environment that celebrated the institute’s community. As technical and production lead, I ensured the seamless execution of all aspects of the event, from planning to on-site management. The festival featured a dynamic stage with an evening program filled with entertainment, complemented by interactive activities spread across the venue. Food trucks offering diverse culinary options added to the event’s inviting atmosphere, providing something for everyone. Coordination of technical infrastructure, stage design, and overall event logistics were integral to delivering a high-quality experience for attendees. The successful execution of the summer festival created a memorable and enjoyable experience for all participants, reinforcing the Hasso-Plattner-Institute’s reputation for fostering connection and community through well-organized events.
